Live Arrival Guarantee for DeltaÂ
If a bird has perished upon arrival, the customer is required to file a claim with the associate at the counter upon pickup and collect their name and copy of claim number. Any amount awarded to you, will be awarded to you directly by Delta. Should you choose to replace a perished bird, shipping costs are solely the customer’s responsibility.  To honor our guarantee, we require the following:
1. your birds be picked up within 60 minutes of their arrival
2. notification must be made to Paradise Aviary Exotics while still at the Delta counter
3. a photo of the perished animal must be provided within 1-2 hours of arrival.Â
Shipping Through USPS
When selecting shipping through USPS, please be advised that there is no live guarantee provided. Paradise Aviary Exotics is not responsible for the condition of live animal shipments once they have been dropped off at the post office. If an animal perishes during shipping, the buyer may file a claim directly with USPS. We take pride and sending only birds who are strong and healthy, but keep inmind that it is up to the shipping company to handle them with care and get them to you safely. We do not guarantee the sex of birds species that are monomorphic.
